Auditions for Ken Ludwig’s Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood

Hear ye, hear ye! Come one and all to audition for Pier One Theatre's production of Ken Ludwig's "Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood"! This comedic retelling of the classic folk legend, to be directed by Val Sheppard, will be hosting auditions at the Spit Theatre location for both listed dates, and we hope to see you there!

Packed with thrills, romance, laughter, and immortal characters like Little John, Friar Tuck, and Maid Marian, "Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood" tells the enduring story of a hero of the people who takes on the ruthless powers that be. So get ready to duck a quarterstaff or two - you won't want to miss a moment of the swashbuckling fun!

This show has a sizeable and diverse cast and while the main cast is comprised of 8, with 6 male and 2 female roles, there are a wide number of incidental characters who can be either doubled up or given single parts depending on the turnout of auditions. Roles will be anywhere in the 14-100 age range.

Production dates for "Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood" will be from August 12-27 and this show will be performed at the Pratt Museum and Park in Homer, AK.
